PRIORITY FOUR:
Promote services that address the needs of people with disabilities in the criminal justice system.

PRIORITY FIVE:
Increase awareness of work incentives under the Social Security Act, and correct deficiencies in the provision of vocational rehabilitation services, so that people with disabilities can obtain or maintain competitive and integrated employment.

PRIORITY SIX:
Promote full participation in the electoral process for persons with disabilities, including registering to vote, casting a ballot, and accessing polling places.

PRIORITY SEVEN:
Improve access to comprehensive, high quality health care services and educational programs designed to improve the quality of life for persons with traumatic brain injury.
