Directions
Rhode Island Disability Law Center, formerly Rhode Island Protection and Advocacy System ("RIPAS"), is now located at 349 Eddy Street in Providence's Jewelry District, adjacent to downtown proper. We are in the third block north of the Point Street/Eddy Street/Allens Avenue intersection, diagonally opposite Davol Square and Narragansett Electric's South Street Station (soon to become the Rhode Island Heritage Museum). Our building is one story, stucco, with a purple awning just north of Elm Street. Parking is available on the street or in the multi-level garage two doors north of our building.
* From the city, take Memorial Drive south, which leads to Eddy Street. 349 is on the right two blocks past the Route 195 underpass.
* From Routes 95 North and South, follow to Route 195 (Exit 20). Take Exit One ("Downtown Providence") off 195, and make an immediate left. Staying on your left (avoiding other lane changes leading back to the highways) leads to Eddy Street. 349 is on the right two blocks past the Route 195 underpass.
* From East Bay, take Route 195 West to Exit One ("Downtown Providence"). See above.
